14-Day Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at info@knitmania.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked as final sale at the time of purchase, gift cards, personalized or custom-made items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you — or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, notify us in writing at info@knitmania.store before the withdrawal period expires. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund — including the original standard delivery cost paid at checkout — will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods, or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that they have been returned.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund after 14 calendar days from our confirmation, please contact us at info@knitmania.store.
